The Principal, Jeff Binks, is a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer, a Chartered Professional Engineer, Member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia and an Accredited Auditor for the Australian Building Greenhouse Rating Program.

His 28 years experience in mechanical building services engineering, energy management, property operations and technology provides a unique combination of skills and expertise which result in solutions which effectively balance the needs of property Owners, Managers, Occupants and Operational Staff.

The blend of design experience, post construction operational experience, broad real estate services and asset management experience in commercial and retail property environment, servicing clients in both in public and private sectors, gives Enerdata the ability to produce results that are soundly based on theory, work well in practice and stand the test of time.
